Personalized items will be created within 24/48 hours unless internet is
down, weekend or holiday. You will receive a watermark sample for
personalized items and final approval.
The final approved personalized version will be sent via email pdf/jpeg/png file.

AFTER DOWNLOAD
When you receive your downloads, just print and cut away! It is recommended that you print these items on white cardstock and then cut out accordingly. All items are formatted for 8.5 by 11.
