It can be filled with balloons as a stand alone structure, attached to a helium bouquet or an organic heart balloon cluster (shown in photos), or pretty much anything that you can imagine that's fit for a baby girl!
Photos show a pink elephant although pink balloons can be replaced with blue balloons as you're making this!
