Pink Giraffe Baby shower by Rene of My Good Greetings.
Rene’ was in charge of this delightful Pink Giraffe Baby Shower dessert table and she did an impeccable job of pulling it all together in an elegant and beautiful way. Using the soft colors of the Pink Giraffe invitations she incorporated color and taste into this table with the end result being a memory that would last for a life time.
The invitations were a soft pink color with a golden brown banner of flags that graced the top of the paper. There was a lovely giraffe in crème surrounded by a polka dot tent that really introduced the theme well.
So to enhance this innovative theme, Rene’ laid out a long rectangular table and covered it in a white cloth that really made the pastels on top of it pop. With a continuation on the banner from the invitation she made a flag banner that was spread across the front of the table in different patterns that stood out and looked lovely.
As an eye-catcher, in the center front of the table there was a beautiful tissue flower pom pom. For a back drop Rene used a fantastic pink, polka-dot cloth that was draped perfectly, encasing the dessert table in a warm light feeling. The back drop was also accented with a flag banner that matched the front of the table, really drawing on the golden brown and pink colors. There was even a white giraffe cut out standing in the background with a cute little pink ribbon around its neck.
The treats were delicious looking and complemented the whole theme very well. There were little boxes of pink popcorn in pink and white striped boxes that looked personal and well put together. With some giraffe shaped cookies, perfectly frosted and yummy looking cupcakes in giraffe paper this dessert table was a win.
