This “A Baby is Brewing” tea party was designed with an elegant and imaginative touch. Created by Megan of My Styled Affair, this lovely shower provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun.
The glasses given to the guests were clear and narrow stemmed, starting off this look with a sophisticated vibe. They even had a little personalized tag that said, “Drink Me,” bringing in the correlation to Alice in Wonderland’s tea party. All the glasses were set on a fabulous vintage tray that had a unique blue/green color to it.
The ceiling was decked out in very large poms that gave the room a light hearted and fun look. The poms in purple and yellow matched the color blend of the rest of the decorations.
The decorations were very detailed at this event and spread out perfectly throughout the party area. There was a lovely tea-kettle that was filled up with purple and yellow blooms that really invited a natural flow.
With a fantastic vintage clock set on a stool I could almost imagine Alice’s rabbit running around checking the time. Megan really brought this shower to life with the array of detail in each decoration.
Even the front door was included in the shower excitement with a wonderful sign that had colorful arrows pointing the way to the event, each one saying something different and fun!
The diaper cake showcased at the party was absolutely divine. A flood of pastel colors that were all combined together perfectly and donned with gorgeous headbands in four fantastic layers.
With a tiered tray of cupcakes scattered across the dessert table, this party was a win. The cupcakes were frosted quite nicely in different colors and topped with fun little candy/fruit bits and all were personalized with fun signs saying, “Eat me.”
