What you will get:
-**DIGITAL**- Your digital file Is Made in a 48x48 Inches 300 dpi high resolution JPEG Format that will be Sent to you via email, typically within 2 Business days after all Information has been received.
(No physical banner will be shipped!)
RUSH Digital Files The Turnaround Time Is 12 Hrs.
You can print as many copies as you'd like with Us, at home, order prints online, or a print shop, for personal use Only.
**PRINTED**- you will receive a physical banner in your choice of size shipped to your home
The vinyl material (14 oz. high tenacity polyester vinyl banner.
Your order will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please note during checkout.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USP OR FEDEX WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
The proof will be sent via ETSY conversation please check it carefully and make sure all
spelling, punctuation and grammar is correct reply to me with approval or let me know if you need any changes.
Once final approval has been established, high resolution printable files will be set to your e-mail.
typically within about 1-2 Business ( Monday- Friday) Days after all Party Information and Picture has been received.

I will customize banner wording for free. This does not include any background or color changes, or complete different wording format changes. those will be an additional customization fee. Please message me for any questions.
- Colors may be slightly different from what is seen on your monitor. I am NOT responsible for issues of colors not matching what you seen on your monitor/screen. I am also NOT responsible for wording errors on invitation. I copy/paste all information provided to us, and send a proof for you to double check.

Please note that you are paying for a creative service and the time spent designing and personalizing your item with personal information, which is permitted for one-time PERSONAL USE. This item is not a licensed product; all character images used are free and not being sold. I DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character clip art or graphics; they belong to their respective copyright holders. Items purchased are for one-time personal use only and are not to be re-sold for any reason.
It is very important to note that copyright restrictions on the Characters only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday parties. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, please explain this to them or try another local photo lab, or print at home yourself.
