Chevron Party by Enjoli of Sugar Shack Crafts, photography by Jei-Angel Digital Design.
Enjoli created an adorable chevron pattern birthday party for her youngest son. The theme of the party was My Little Sunshine. The chevron patterns used are colored using grey and yellow hues. The colors are displayed in every design element in the room. Enjoli states that the inspiration of the party came from her three children. All of the printouts were created by herself. The grey and yellow colors used make for a gender neutral party, so no matter what the gender of your child, the party will work in your favor. Perfect for baby shower.
There are a lot of standout elements in this party. To start, let us take a look at the, “You are my sunshine,” sign. It is warm and inviting, and reminds the guest of what kind of party environments they are coming into. The cupcakes on the table should be noted as well. The yellow cake, topped with a yellow frosting, is topped with adorable little signs. The signs vary by cupcakes and state the age of the birthday child, a yellow flower, and the words “our little sunshine”. There are also some adorable cookies that bring out the light in you.
Even the party goers play a role in decorating the party. The birthday boy and guests got to wear a white shirt with a chevron tie design on it in yellow and grey. Instead of a typical big cake the party features the cupcakes, and some cake pops. The water bottles that the guest have the option to take, feature the chevron patter, and in the middle say Carter is one. The fresh yellow Gerbera daisy flowers was also incorporated into the design elements. They make for a fresher look to the party. Other smaller details I love about this party is the chevron table runner and the drops of polka dots on wooden spoons and forks.
