Gender Reveal Baby Shower Party by Christina Haverfield of Marie Thomas Designs
Marie Thomas Designs created a fantastic Gender Reveal party that sparked my interest with its pretty blend of yellows and greys.
The very first thing I noticed about this lovely event was the streamers that were spiraling down behind the dessert table, they looked fantastic! Each one was cut individually, making them all unique and wonderful.
The dessert table was laid out excellently with all kinds of layers and trays that made the whole thing look full and inviting. There were a huge variety of snack items from truffles to cookies to cupcakes.
The cake itself was adorable with soft white frosting showcased on a large lovely tray. It had a little child as the topper dressed in a yellow dress with a Z across the front.
The cupcakes looked delicious with swirled white frosting. Each cupcake was individually decorated with Guessing Games signs and question marks that really made them look fun. Even the truffles were special, with different sized sticks for grabbing and a little message written on them.
The table had a little card on it that said, “It’s Anyone’s Guess!” That was just adorable and had two little children right in front of it in pink and blue that gave it a special touch.
One of my favorite decorations was the Gender Reveal Peg (Leader) Board. It was set-up similarly to a field goal and had cute flags splayed across the top with different little patterns on them. Hanging behind the board was a ribbon wreath that was fabulous. All of the yellows, greys, and blacks, made this wreath stand out. This boards look was finished off with an adorable giraffe standing out in front.
I also really liked that the champagne glasses had yellow and white swirl straws, they added a fun touch to a well-crafted Gender Reveal experience!
