What better way to spend a chilly day than to celebrate a mom-to-be with a Winter Baby Shower theme? Collette of Brier Rose had the opportunity to design this party and she created a sweet and elegant way to make Mom feel special with long lasting memories.
Using soft colors and a large range of textures and natural elements, this event had a cozy atmosphere with all kinds of different decorations to check out. Starting with a magnificent mantlepiece set-up, they used a chalkboard with a personalized message to really emphasize the party idea beautifully. The board was covered in gorgeous snowflakes and surrounded in natural detailing that definitely brought the theme to life.
A sweet decorative center was baby’s name spelled out on a smooth wooden surface in differently textured letters, really giving a warm effect. Surrounded with more snowflakes and natural effects such as branches and neatly crafted acorns, the whole space was elegant and inviting.
A unique idea used at this party was a gathering of all ingredients to make a delicious mudpie, letting the guests get creative in their snacking and giving them an involvement that was sure to please. With peppermints, marshmallows and caramels, everything needed for a sweet treat was laid out with easy access to all. Placed on a lovely silver tray and labelled on a chalkboard, this treat followed the theme perfectly.
Even the punch had a touch of winter wonder with a bold red color that reminded folks of winterberries just waiting to be eaten up.
There was also an abundance of other delicious edibles like snowflake cookies, veggie trays and sweet danishes, ensuring that everyone would find something to love.
From top to bottom this party had everything needed to bring together friends and family in a cozy little gathering that was destined to be a blast.
