The Royal Treat Party By KR Party Dreams (Sulochani Nanayakkara)
This elegant Royal Treat party was planned by KR Party Dreams. The party was filled with elegant royal blue and gold decor that was fit for royalty. The decorations transformed the room into something that really was a royal treat for guests to enjoy.
The dessert table was full of delicious looking goodies. A large four-tier cake stood in the center of the table. The cake was frosted with royal blue and gold icing and included intricately detailed gold accents. The cake was topped off with a large gold crown with royal blue details. Blue and white cupcakes were uniquely displayed to resemble the shape of a cake. Royal blue cake pops were displayed on a beautiful pedestal that was dangling with crystals. Each cake pop was decorated with a small gold crown. There was a special dessert for everyone! Doughnuts, Rice krispe treats, and cookies were amongst the many tasty choices. Guests could even take home a custom wrapped chocolate bar in a personalized royal blue wrapper.
The background of this royal treat themed party was fabulous! Large cardboard cutouts were used to make an extravagant 3D castle behind the desserts. The cake stood in the center of the castle doorway which was covered with royal blue fabric. Behind the castle, a large cutout was made to look like clouds, which gave the party a magical appearance.
The entire dessert area was set up on a white stage with a long royal carpet leading guests to the food. Two life-size knights in shining armor stood on either side of the dessert area. Behind the custom made background, gold sparkling curtains fit just right with the theme.
An extra long table covered in a royal blue tablecloth served as the perfect spot for a royal banquet. Each table spot included matching gold plates, cups, and napkins. Even the straws were a shiny gold. White chairs featured a blue and gold royal crescent. Placed on each chair was a royal crown for guests to wear to the party. An elegant floral arrangement held blue and white flowers with a hint of gold. Royal pillows topped with crowns made for an especially unique centerpiece. Other long tables were covered in classy black tablecloths and included matching chair covers.
