Orange and Yellow Sunshine Party by Haeley of Design Improvised.
Haeley went all out for this Orange and Yellow Sunshine party designed especially for her 1 year old. It was done so well that I thought it would make a fantastic baby shower idea as well!
The party table started the theme off with a bang, the wall was scattered with lovely sunshine medallions that made the room really glow with warmth in their abundance of colors.
The table had cute personalized signs that were stenciled with paint onto canvas. There were also two wonderful round vases that had little yellow and orange flowers that gave the room a warm feel. With a sprinkle of confetti covering the table, the mood was set perfectly.
The treats were innovative starting with a fruit skewer that gave a healthy twist to a sweet treat day. The skewer was made up of pineapple and cantaloupe following the color palette. There were some yellow striped favor bags filled with yummy candies that really stood out.
Haeley didn’t stop there, she also made some fun ‘faux macaroons’ by sandwiching lemon buttercream between two vanilla wafers and then rolled them in yellow sprinkles. The cake was a lovely lemon angel food, frosted in white and had bright orange and yellow suns topping it in a brilliant fashion.
This Orange and Yellow Sunshine party was a well executed theme and would definitely be an excellent way to celebrate a Mom to be.
