Whimsical Beach Inspired Baby Shower

Immaculately designed by Details Event Planning, this Whimsical Beach Inspired Baby Shower was pure perfection. Thrown at Shutters on the Beach, this party had everything required for a fun celebration. The party room had windows galore, allowing the light to brightly shine throughout the area.

Sweet invitations in blue were sent out to the guests with an adorable font and a bit of starfish art that looked lovely.

The room for the guests was long, so the tables were set up family style in a row, keeping everyone cozy. They were covered with a neutral, sand colored, cover and had a blue runner, blending with the beach theme nicely. Centerpieces of large flower bouquets made an elegant touch to the tables with whites, blues and greens that looked gorgeous. The place settings were wonderfully put togethers. Brown wicker charging plates topped with light blue napkins and starfishes waited each guest.

Using a classic bit of decoration in a fresh and fun way, blue and white balloons were packed into the room with helium, creating a fantastic and full looking ceiling. Each balloon had a curly ribbon adding to the whimsical look.

Cupcakes took the food stage at this party with four different tasty flavors for everyone to try out. Frosted in white, these delicious treats went beautifully with the theme. They were layered together on a fantastic pyramid shaped stand. At the top of the stand a small bouquet of white and blue flowers gave an elegant look to this wonderful buffet table.

Other yummy foods at the gathering included fruit tarts with raspberries that added a bright touch of color to the buffet. Cookies and salad stood out looking quite tasty too.
