White Shepherd, whose fantastic work has been featured before, created a brilliant shower with this Whimsical Lace and Flower baby celebration.
Botannical Gardens are not only fun to tour to see a wide array of gorgeous natural beauty, but they also make a perfect venue for a party to remember forever. This shower was held at the Royal Botanic Garden in Melbourne, on a bright sunny day.
Lace was a major part of the decor at this event, bringing a charm to the party that was sure to have everyone mesmerized. With white as a main color for the arrangements, the area was a vision of elegant delight.
A unique aspect to this party was that the guests got to eat picnic style, spread out along the ground in an adorable fashion.
A long rectangular table was used to display the food, making it simple for everyone to grab a bite buffet style. With a lovely white fabric surrounding the table and a detailed lace cover on top, it was a wonderful representation of grace and elegance.
The floral arrangements used for the theme were fantastic. All white with a variety of types like lilies and carnations, the flowers added beauty to the party table that was vibrant.
There were all kinds of delicious snacks to enjoy that really went well with this outdoor, elegant party. Quiches and tarts were made, along with 3 salads including Pea, Feta & Basil salads, Spinach, Snowpea & Semi dried tomato salad, and Rocket, Cannellini bean & Artichoke salad. There was also a cheese platter with crackers and dips, and few different delicious cake options . In addition there were all kinds of beverages to ensure everyone would be satisfied, 2 punches, champagne, iced tea, water and moscato.
For gifts to remember this special event by, guests were sent home with a giant vanilla cookie, a bunch of lovely flowers and a little pot of hand cream that was offered in two varieties, rose vanilla and lavender.
