For this Hot Air Balloon baby shower event, Donna from Swish Printables came up with a fantastic concept that turned this shower into a beautiful nursery after the event was over.
Using decals that could be re-used, the artwork at the party was turned into gorgeous nursery decor, creating a baby shower event that truly embraced what mom-to-be wanted.
The dessert table was a gorgeous display of edibles and decorations that was sure to be remembered. Using a layered look, the table was covered in a lovely white cloth, allowing all of the soft colors to stand out nicely. A cute flag banner was displayed across the front, adding a sweet touch. The backdrop was a mix of cloth hung floor to ceiling and had cute little clouds hung to make it look like the sky. With a giant framed hot air balloon, the theme was very clear and quite adorable. Instead of using standard trays to display the treats boxes were wrapped in pink to showcase the little yummy snacks, offering a fresh look that went well with the theme.
There were lots of different treat options for guests to enjoy from candies in jars that added a bright look to cupcakes on a towering stand that had fun wrappers and labels. For a fantastic display, a hot air balloon cake was made by Amy Lynns Cakes, giving a neat detailed treat.
The favors given out at the party were adorable, little boxes that Kate Aspen was responsible for, in light blue and pink colors. They were filled with little jelly bellys for a sweet to eat at home.
The blend of soft tones and wallternatives (re-usable wall clings) really brought this shower to a fantastic level of beauty, ensuring a lifetime of memories for mom-to-be to cherish.
