The bold arrangement of colors and abundant details designed by JDL Design and Event Planning made this Under the Sea Baby Shower adventure one for the books.
The food table looked absolutely scrumptious with a smooth layout that made every detail stand out professionally. A unique backdrop was made from long vertical strips of fabric in a blend of blue and green, giving a shimmery under-water effect that set the stage for a gorgeous table. The base of the table was also covered in a matching blue so the sea-like effect would be complete.
In the center of the table a fantastic bouquet of flowers was put together in a vibrant array of tones that really drew the eye. It was set on top of a box that was covered in a satin-green fabric that complemented the look perfectly. Surrounding the bouquet were a variety of adorable details like shells, an anchor and jewelry, giving a buried treasure scenario. Directly in front of the bouquet a mini-treasure box was set filled with all sorts of little goodies to check-out and to each side were aqua decorations like seashells and starfish.
The ends of the table were overflowing with neat items as well, all blending with the theme to perfection. On each side of the centerpiece tall tiered trays with a vintage look were filled up with tasty looking cupcakes specifically decorated to match the Under the Sea theme. A fishbowl was precisely placed to add to the fun with bright little fishes inside and on the outside. No buried treasure set is complete without ancient books which were piled in a neat layering to one side of the table and held little decorations like a wonderful clam shell. With such an attention to detail, there is no doubt that this Under the Sea baby shower was one to remember.
