This Tutu and Tiara Baby Shower in pink and gold was one fit for a queen with a fantastic arrangement of color and texture in the decor that stood out. Designed by the wonderful Maggie’s Enchanted Events, this sweet shower was sure to be a special one for mom-to-be.
The party was held outdoors, which I loved since the natural lighting always helps to keep the decor bright and beautiful, especially with sweet themes like this one.
At the dessert table a gorgeously arranged sheer cloth acted as a backdrop, allowing everyone to see the beauty of the outdoors through it, while giving a clearly defined area for the table. The pink table cloth used is one of my favorite elements, with a rosette patterning that created texture galore, the kind you would expect at a royal extravaganza.
The table was a fantastic display of tasty delights and adorable decorations that was sure to keep the guests entertained as they strolled through the line to get their goodies. As a centerpiece in the front, BABY was spelled out in golden letters, adding to the theme brilliantly. On each side of the table cute little ballerina dolls were placed, giving that Princess vibe that was incorporated throughout the party area.
One lovely element that was unique to this tutu baby shower event was the use of tutus on the table. A beautiful tutu was actually placed around a large glass, acting as a stand to showcase it perfectly. Another was placed around a jar that had a lid giving a different and just as interesting effect. A third was placed on the end of the table ensuring a well-incorporated blending.
Another neat detail at this table were the trays used to hold the treats, they had a vintage quality to them that added to the sophistication and with a spread of gold, and white, they went with the theme smoothly.
