Taking full advantage of an awesome beach environment, this Darling Vintage Beach Baby Shower had everything a mom-to-be could want from sunshine to tasty treats.
Kenna O’Brien from Miss Party Mom Event Planning created a masterpiece with this gathering, driving a full 3 hours to find the perfect venue to really spoil mom-to-be. The vintage decor that was incorporated into the area looked fantastic, giving that truly beachy feel.
The dessert table was overflowing with adorableness, full of tasty treats and cute decor. A white fabric backdrop made the perfect layout for the vibrant colors that hung in front of it. There was a wonderful flag banner that said, “Beach Baby” strung right in front of an array of blue ribbon streamers.
The table was covered with a bold blue and white striped cloth, giving a beach towel effect that was amazing. Directly in front of the table the cutest little arrangement of baby swimsuits was hung on a clothesline for an added accent.
One favorite decoration was an antique bicycle decoration that held little beach baby gift bags for the guests, it was centered in the back of the table, making it simple to see. Coca cola in the classic bottles were adorned with sweet blue and white polka-dot straws and placed in a fun pail of blue sand.
Cutsey cupcakes were created to look like the beach, each with a fish and an umbrella for a great finishing touch. The red and white polka-dot wraps were wonderful too.
The celebration cake was perfection with a blue frosting and fishy decor that blended with the theme fantastically. Set on a neat, vintage blue tray, this tasty treat was even topped with a little baby doll. The cake was even surrounded in light brown crumbs giving the sandy look.
