This gorgeous baby Christening created by Lima Limao could easily be done for a baby shower with all of its elegant qualities and vintage charm. Soft pastels were used to give a sweet softness to the room that set the stage for an exciting celebration.
Using a window brilliantly to provide natural lighting for the food table, a sheer curtain with neutral toned panels on each side gave a sweet base for the adorable decorations that were placed out. For a neat, unique idea, tiny bundles of flowers were hung across the curtain at varying levels, bringing a natural element in that added more softness to the theme.
For the base of the table two cloths were layered to give a textured effect that all of the food was laid out on. The top cloth had a fantastic pattern that added to the vintage charm. A fantastic vintage style carriage was used as a decoration for the table that was adorably detailed and really drew the eye.
Rather than using the delicious cake as the main centerpiece on the table a wonderful arrangement of hat boxes with varying patterns and colors were piled precisely, with cups of flowers on each side of the top box, filling the table while ensuring a blending of the theme smoothly.
The range of edibles was perfection with tasty munchies like cake pops all the way to cheese rolls to try out. There were yummy looking macarons in all sorts of sweet colors to enjoy. Cupcakes were divinely frosted in pastels that looked scrumptious. And the cake, the cake was nothing short of decadent frosted perfectly in pink and blue and covered in immaculate detailing. Set on a wonderful matching cake tray, this dessert was a show stopper that was sure to please.
