Event stylist With Love Heather organized this gender neutral Toronto themed baby shower that was elegant and really showcased and celebrated the mom-to-be.
What was most unique about this event was that its center focus of accents were classic tins of tea. Several tins were lined up in gender neutral colors of pastels for the guests to try. Next over was the main serving table, in which a diaper cake served as a centerpiece, and was surrounded by glasses for drinks, napkins, personalized bottles of water, and plates. A bouquet of green and blue hydrangeas offered a sweet accent to the table, and a plate of beige macaroons with blue and pink filling along with a silver bowl of fresh red and blue berries was a beautiful touch. Another unique addition to the main table were teacups filled with sugar coated treats! And one more thing to munch on was tea sandwiches and blue and pink frosted cupcakes to further add to the gender neutral theme.
A relaxing seating area was set up for the mommy and her guests (not to miss the pink and blue balloons tied to the chairs!), and also a creative painting station. Here, the guests painted personal and fun art on plain white baby onesies for the mother to keep! When the guests were done with their pieces of art, the onesies were hung up on clotheslines to dry, and for everyone to admire.
The favors for the guests were splendid and as always, kept with the gender neutral motif. Small white metal buckets were filled with blue and pink wrapped treats, each with name tags in the shape of baby carriages.
